The Bron mobile and web application lets you discover events, join as a participant or host, check in with QR codes, and receive transactional emails (e.g. RSVPs via AWS SES) and optional push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging). We process account data (e.g. Google sign-in identifiers, email, profile fields), event participation, check-in timestamps, device push tokens, and related logs as described in this policy. Third-party processors may include Google (authentication), Firebase (auth and FCM), AWS (email and media hosting), and the Bron API backend.

When you upload images to events through the Bron app or admin portal, we store the image files on AWS S3 along with metadata such as file name, file size, content type, upload timestamp, and the identity of the uploader. KODARI AB does not verify the copyright status of user-uploaded images. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any images they upload do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
